Smaller cities will allow for common customers to become the regulars which will build your business in more ways than one. The last and possibly the most important tip to remember when running a family business is that everyone has to work together to make it work. If a position needs to be filled and someone is free at the moment in need, that family member should take over the extra load of work to contribute as much as possibly in the growth of the company.
